Wedding Day Stationery Process
How does the design process work?

If this is the start of our creative journey together, please fill out a wedding day inquiry form to schedule a consultation meeting!
During this meeting, we will discuss all the details revolving around you and your vision for the wedding day. This is where I will learn all about your style, stationery needs, event timelines and budget.
Stationery services for the wedding day include wedding programs, itinerary cards, escort cards, place cards, menu cards, table numbers and more. As long as it’s a paper product, we can most likely bring your vision to life!
At the end of our consultation process, you will receive a custom proposal including your list of selected services and price quote.

After your services have been confirmed and your wedding date is secured, we will begin the design process for your wedding day paper goods!
Having gathered all of the information about you and your wedding day, we will refine our initial ideas for each item through a series of rendering proofs. These will serve as digital mock-ups of your suite and will reflect your design vision.
From there, there will be two edits available to make any desired changes to the design. Changes such as typography, color schemes, ink color and verbiage will be included. However, more in-depth changes such as design layout, verbiage placement or complete design changes will require additional fees.
Final confirmation and guest lists for all designs will be required at least 3-4 weeks prior to the wedding day (timing can vary depending on project or wedding size).
Once the design is finalized, the printing and assembly process will begin!

Finally, your wedding day is near and we are ready to bring all of our ideas to life!
Once all designs have been finalized and confirmed, the printing and assembly process will begin. From here, no further design changes will be available so we highly suggest proofreading all designs and gathering all guest list information prior to this.
When all items are complete, they will be safely packaged to be shipped or personally delivered to you.

At last, your wedding day stationery goods are ready for their debut!
All stationery goods will be safely packaged and shipped to you or your wedding planner. Our goal is to have these items in your hands at least a week prior to the wedding day to avoid any possible shipping delays.
If you are local to Orlando, we also love to meet our couples in person and can schedule a in-person drop off a week before your wedding!
Regardless of the delivery method, items such as escort cards, place cards or personalized menu cards will be packaged by table order for ease of set-up during the day of the wedding. These details will be discussed in length before the wedding day and instructions will be provided for set-up as well.
