Each household/couple will receive 1 invitation suite, so anywhere from 50%-75% of your wedding guest list is suggested.
An additional 5-10 extra copies are also suggested for any last minute guest list changes, keepsake copy and/or documentation copy for your photographer to use on the wedding day.

This is where you can have fun tailoring the suites to your exact needs!
Details cards are a popular option to provide wedding details such as venue addresses, ceremony/reception timeline, travel information, hotel accommodations or other information guests should be made aware of.
Other options include rehearsal dinner or welcome party invitations, city or venue maps for destination weddings and any other fun details that you would like to include!

As a general suggestion, guest RSVPs should be collected no later than 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.
Most wedding pages will suggest as little as 4 weeks prior, but we strongly urge against this since the finalized guest list will be required a month before your wedding date for day-of stationery. The additional 2 weeks will provide a buffer for you to collect final guest list confirmation and details without compromising vendor timelines.
-
If traditional mailed RSVP replies are preferred, we suggest including postage on the return envelopes. This should help facilitate guest replies, reducing the need to purchase postage on their end.
-
Absolutely!
Digital RSVPs have become a popular option to collect guest replies, especially if you have a wedding website. In place of a mailed in responses, a card with the RSVP information and wedding website link will be provided. RSVP reply envelopes (and subsequently postages) will be omitted.

The assembly process is where the suites begin to truly come to life.
To some couples, this is a special process that they would like to be a part of and we are more than happy to oblige. In this case, assembly and mailing services will be omitted from the project package.

All final guest list or design details will be required no later than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. This is to ensure adequate production time for all stationery goods in order to provide a timely delivery.
To secure a finalized guest list within this time frame, we suggest collecting guest RSVPs as early as 6 weeks prior to the wedding date.
However, we understand that last minute changes do happen so further edits past the final design confirmation will be available at an additional cost.

Escort cards are used to guide guests to their seats for the reception. They generally include guests' full names along with their table assignments and are displayed during Cocktail Hour.
Place cards are used to indicate specific guests' seats at each place setting on the reception tables. They serve as a separate indicator than escort cards as they only include guest names (and sometimes first names only for less formal affairs).
-
Escort cards will be required if you plan to provide table assignments for your guests. This can be omitted if open seating is preferred.
Place cards will be required if your reception offers pre-selected entrees. In this case, you will need to assign specific table and place settings in order for catering staff to provide the correct dish to individual guests.
Reach out today for further information regarding escort cards and place cards.

Menu cards are not necessarily a required stationery item, however, they do provide a nice touch for your guests. In most cases, guests are unfamiliar with the reception menu prior to the celebration so this can be helpful for those who have dietary restrictions.
For pre-selected entrees, guests are to select the protein of choice and are likely unaware of the preparation method or accompanying side dishes. A personalized menu card with individual guest selected entrees could add a special element to your guest experience!

Paper signage services are available at this time.
Including small tabletop signs such as Welcome Area Signs (Cards & Gifts, Guestbook, etc), Bar Menus, Table Numbers and any other stationery signs that you can think of!
Larger signs such as Welcome Signs, Seating Charts/Displays or additional event displays will no longer be available. This is so that we can focus our time and attention to detail on your stationery goods.
However, we do work in tandem with a few Orlando based signage or rental companies that can bring your large signage or display items to life!
